Lunar Reflection

Underneath each darkened night, are reflections of yesterday’s light. Reminding us of a old verse, that of a sinless soul to sinners curse.
When darkened ways surround, there’s still light to be found. I think this is why we look up in a gaze, upon our moon and it’s each phase. Â
Whether it’s a new moon’s shineless night, or that of the full moon’s glaring light. We gaze upon our lunar neighbor, in reflections of our own past labor.Â
Subconsciously our gaze is upon it’s eternal glare, as it encircles Earth in it’s endless stare. When the light fades into the dimmed dark, without knowing we seek the remaining spark.Â
A glimmer of light through darkened days, our lunar neighbor never strays. Such as the love promised long ago, conveyed through our father’s son for all to know.Â
There is light in the darkest place, humanity among the human race. Our lunar neighbor will constantly remind, of hope for all mankind.Â
