LURKING IN THE DARK

LURKING IN THE DARK

She walks the streets late at night
When the tired are behind closed doors
Her eyes pierces through the darkness
As her lust takes full control

Her apparel is painted to her body
It's length above her knees
Her walk is filled with friction
The weak' heart is lured, then  seized

Her hair she tosses like a spiders web
With every step she takes
Her body is that of a goddess
And the fool, longs for her embrace

She speaks deception with her eyes
As her lips poisonously smiles
She has found he who lacks wisdom
Her first victim of the night

He seems to be up in age
His hair sprinkled with black and white
But he lacks wisdom and insight
A promising AIDS victim
Of she who walks the night.

Wilford Barker.
