Lusted Not Trusted

Although most might think,
what he wants is far moreÂ
clearly thought of,
Only he knows of their love and the various shades of pinks before the bloody reds,
Her, selfish by nature and clouded with many baggages of mental-traumas,
Insecurity worn in various outfits all intended strictly to catch the stray eyes of attention,
He knew it was only a matter of time and the clock of heartbreak was progressively ticking…
Only in his arms she was trusted, deep beneath the stained linens and only their no suffering.
Her many attempts at love suicide and he kept forcing her to remain breathing, that is until….
she finally forced him to leave, by forcing the final nail in his patience coffin.
Not even the fruit of their looms could force him to stay involved regardless the lack of her garments.

Some relationships are cursed no matter how much we want them to last. Love this poem x
Yes they are, it can be very upsetting but also very educating…Heartbreaks are the toughest lessons to learn from. I’m glad you liked this, it was not my typical write.Â
