Poem -

many scars to burn.

I traveled to the edge of the night
Screaming profanity, beyond the stars '
to the heavens in aching, seeking an evaluation'
of all my scars, wishing the light of day ' would declare ,
the war of souls despair,
be over - a valuation no penalty laying bear,
seeking a substitute covering , a freshness in the air,
walking away leaving the night ' just hanging - there, in disbelief,
light-years past beyond return, a world of despair, many scars to burn".
