marathon

Breathe on beat
Have to compete
No such defeat
Can not complete
The goal to meet
With my feet
On the street
Need to retreat
Do not cheat
Feel the heat
Take a seat
You're an athlete
Not a deadbeat
In time replete
Aloud you bleat
Alas the feat
Victory is sweet
