Masterpiece???

I will write my masterpiece
It shall be a shining piece of brilliance
Captured in black and white for the world to see
It shall capture every emotion
It will be powerful and raw
Happy, optimistic, angry, depressive and more
It will be so powerful it will end wars
So controversial it will cause others
So inspiring that even the illiterate will pick up pen and paper and create poetry
So uplifting that gangs on the street will come together and unite for peace
This masterpiece shall be written
Time holds no boundaries
When the time comes it shall be unleashed
My only hope is that the world is ready for its immense power
The creation of something so satisfyingly complete and wholesome
A scripture so pure and true every religion shall bow down when the words are spoken
Some day
Some how
Somewhere
It will be written in the stars
Or maybe on the toilet walls of seedy backstreet bars
Or maybe I'll write a poem that has a single line
That means something to a single person
Whether it makes them smile or cry
Whether they can relate to the words
For that individual has given my poetry a purpose
A reason to share it
And that makes each and every piece of work
A masterpiece in its own little way
