Masterpiece

When he added his last beautiful stroke  God stood back and gazed in awe  and said " This, this is my masterpiece"  

 And me,  i looked upon him and pleaded  "God , no matter who's path i cross , who  i meet along the way  when i journey to your green earth,  save her for me . Let her be my eternity, my forever.

God  replied  " I would have to break you , every inch of you , crush  your heart time after time again , make you give up hope in loving and being loved, but if you  fight through it all i shall present you with my masterpiece  ."

I accepted , and with joy did my heart dance beacuse you see, through it all , i will find you. You will be my eternity , my forever.
