masters of the dark , mistress of the light

I fought the master's of the dark
they rose within my soul
squeezed my heart ,suppressed the light
kept me from being whole

with sword's of vengeance they did sway
upon my inside's mind
let their fury wild and free
They cursed and made me blind

I mustered up with all my strength
what power i had remained
fought back with the mistress of the light
And begged the beast's be tamed

battle for my soul we did
a tough one to begin
but once the light hit darkness
It burned the hurt and sin

master's of the dark they lay
examples of paths i took
but master's of the dark in me 
were feeling's gladly shook

time will tell if forth they come
To ride my soul again
mistress of the light stands by
my life she will defend!
