Mere

Mere

A chemical
Black and sticky
Devoid of any
Meaning of it's Own
It merely is-
Ink.
Yet, this mere ink
When shaped by minds
Sculpted by thoughts
Forged by ideas
Driven by visions
And committed to print,
Assumes identities
Profers meanings
Preaches inspirations
Conveys views
And tells stories,
On what was
A mere blank-

A mere
Piece of Paper.
