Metaphorical Nuse

Tough situations are nothing,
to joke about,
and at the end of the day,
I only know what I’ve been through,
I'm trapped in here, 
this false hope of security,
were you are the only one who can, 
see through my insecurities,
raising your voice,
whenever I voice my opinion,
striking me when I’m at my weakest,
I'm 18 now,
nothing has changed,
in fact, it has gotten worse,
its like your scared of losing me,
but push me away, 
i just can’t take it anymore,
I'm done with this abuse, 
but I can’t fight, I won’t fight, 
i must,
stay,
for i feel the grasp, 
this metaphorical noose you’ve placed upon me,
ease its tension, 
and soon I’ll be free.
