Military Justice

Military Justice

He did not
do it
the alleged victim
even stated
that her mom
told her what
to say

He did not
do it
The DA
refused to
prosecute
Because they
had concerns
that the parties
involved were
coached

He did not
do it
The jurors
stated later
that they could
not see beyond
reasonable doubt

He did not
do it
but in a world
where there is
political pressure
for the military
to get conviction
on all sexual abuse allegations
no one

is left unscathed

He did not do it
or maybe
it does not matter
for after all
he is just a Private First Class
he is disposable
and for an added bonus
He is Black
making the system
to automatically manipulate
public opinion into believing
He did do it.....
