Mirror Marked

Mirror Marked

I am trapped inside your head
Tethered to your heart
I am imprisoned by your desires
I can not pull us apart

My destiny is written
Mirror Marked as we are
Betrothed by the whims of deities
Directed by the same star

You are stitched on to my soul
Skewered ruthlessly through my heart
Locked within my madness
I can not rip us apart

A rusty broken blade
To cleans my skin of your mark to bare your scar
If I thought it would change a thing
About who we now are

But our spirits were bound together
From the very start
We are not so much together
Just never quite apart

Thank You, Ian. Knowing my words and thoughts have escaped my head makes staying inΒ  it bearable.Β
