Mislabeled

Mislabeled

I trusted you
but you
left me
ashamed
in front
of my peers
a student
who dares
to think
different
was sent
to special Ed.

Labeled Stupid
and told
in front of
the class
he was.........

A decade later
a poor performing
mary jane
induced
student
was given an
IQ test
132!!!
Oh my God
is this a mistake?

The Professor
than demanded
more
because I was more
then the forsaken
child left
ashamed in the class room
The shackles now
broken
I was left free
to think different
than those
I now consider
inferior...............
