Missing A Friend

You know some people have an irreplaceable a friend
Whom they share their deepest feelings with,
Someone who if they were questioned about it
Would quickly plead the 5th.
They help you when you're feeling sad
They always brighten your day,
And when you're unable to speak with this friend
Well then nothing seems okay.
However you understand this friend has a life
One of their very own,
But it's not any easier knowing this
When you feel so all alone.
You just have to remember one important thing
When you miss them so much you sob,
You're lucky to even have them as a friend
They never applied for the job.
