Poem -

Misuse of pronouns

They came together,

They wanted forever,

They each had different views of love in mind,

She saw love,

as a grape on a vine,

The sweetest of wine,

The fanciest fruit upon one could dine,

He saw love,

as a bench in the park,

The safety in the dark,

The place he could carve his mark,

We forgot one thing,

It wasn't about,

he,

or she,

We forgot about us,

now all we are able to see,

Is the fact it became,

You and me
