You are my refuge from harsh words,
A safe heaven I hope to call home forever,
With you I feel like a carefree bird,
I hope you leave me never.

I wake up at night being too warm, 
Finding you holding me tight as you sleep,
You keep me safe from every harm,
Until the ungracious bell begin its weep.

You never fail to kiss me before you go,
I'll dream of stars until you come back to me,
Without you time changes and doesn't flow,
We have been bitten by John Donnes flea.

At night again you'll hold me tight,
And together we blissfully soar,
As you look at me your eyes turn bright,
What more could I ask for.....
