Poem -

Mommy?

Mommy?

why do I hurt?

I want to play in the snow,

like the other kids I see

out my window

from this bed, mommy.

Mommy?

am I bad mommy?

Johnny said I'm sick because I'm bad.

is that true?

mommy?

mommy why are you crying?

do I make you sad?

mommy where is daddy?

he never comes to see me anymore...

is it because all my hair fell out?

and I cant play soccer like he wanted?

does he still love me?

mommy....

mommy am I dying?

i heard the doctor.

he told you to say goodbye.

but....

I don't want you to say goodbye mommy.

mommy?

hold me mommy.

I'm so cold.

I'm so scared mommy.

mommy?

love you, mommy

tell daddy too.

love you.

love you mommy.
