Moonlight

Moonlight

Moon light moon bright
silvery beams casting over the open sea
like a spotlight in the pitch black
stars like eyes shimmering
like quest points a mystery waiting to be solved
lunar eclipse neon light without you we have
no light no life no purpose

Why

so beautiful yet so far nothing I want I can have goodness of the sky
love of my life always there never afraid you are my one desire the light I long for

Beautifully well written and a joy to read and then reread from beginning to it's heartfelt and touching end.
You poem says it all and not a word out of place, so neatly and finely woven through-out.
Thank you for sharing, full honours deservedly and respectfully given and I wish you well.
