Poem -

A Mothers Plea

What happen to everything I showed you,

all those things I told you.

It must have went out of one ear through the other,

I raised you better than this,

why can't you be more like your brother.

He is doing things right,

as for you I pray you make it home at night.

So this is how you repay me for all my sacrifices for all these years,

Something happening to you is my greatest fear.

Your daddy would be turning in his grave,

if he knew what you were doing,

what happen to all your dreams? Did you stop pursing.

Son fast money and fast cars,

going to have you in a casket or behind bars.

Don't throw your life away,

you can't continue living like this,

You have a whole life ahead of you that I don't want you to miss.
