My Brother

I’m writing about my brother
He is special, he is unique, I would never ask for another
Him and I have different views
But we’re always there for each other with good or bad news
He may be a little bit behind
But his heart is pure and he’s truly kind
He has some problems, but so do I
We tell each other the truth, we never lie
He makes my heart complete
I’ll never lose because I have him, I’ll never have to face defeat
Physically we are miles apart
But together forever in our hearts
I talk to him every day
It’s just something I do, I wouldn’t want it any other way
He may be annoying sometimes
But I don’t mind, as long as he’s safe and not committing crimes
It’s hard for him to say I love you
But it’s okay with me, I’m there for him no matter what he goes through
My love for him is growing more fond
Because he’s my brother and we have a special bond
I’ll love him until the day I die
But even then, I’ll never say goodbye.
