My Cancer Fiend

Cancer:-

I’m the shadow in your mind,
the pain you can’t ignore,
I thrive on your sorrow,
I crave for more.
You think you can cage me with your herbal brew,
But miss a dose,
and I’ll come for you.

I’ll twist your nerves,
make you scream,
Turn your life into a never-ending bad dream.
You can’t escape,
I’m in your veins,
Feeding on your fears,
your endless pains.

Me:-

You’re the darkness I despise,
the torment in my soul,
But I’ll fight you with every breath,
every goal.
My herbs are my shield,
my weapon of choice,
I’ll drown you out,
I’ll silence your voice.

You think you can break me,
but I’m stronger than you know,
With every dose,
I’ll make you slow.
You bring me pain,
sorrow and grief,
But I’ll find my peace,
my sweet relief.

Cancer:-

You’re just a pawn in this deadly game,
I’ll torture you,
drive you insane.
Without your herbs,
I’ll grow and spread,
Turning your life into a living dread.

I’ll make you suffer,
make you cry,
You’ll beg for mercy,
wish to die.
But I won’t stop,
I’ll never relent,
I’m your curse,
your torment.

You’re a fiend,
a monster,
a blight,
But I’ll fight you with all my might.
My herbs keep you in a cage,
like a pet,
You’ll never win,
don’t you forget.

I’ll live my life,
find my joy,
You can’t destroy what I enjoy.
With every dose,
I’ll keep you at bay,
You’ll never take my life away.

Cancer:-

Miss a dose,
and I’ll be back,
Stronger,
fiercer,
ready to attack.
You can’t escape,
you can’t run,
I’ll be there,
blocking out the sun.

Me:-

I’ll never give up,
never give in,
I’ll fight you,
and I’ll win.
With my herbs,
my strength,
my will,
I’ll keep you at bay,
I’ll make you still.

You’re the darkness,
but I’m the light,
I’ll keep fighting,
day and night.
You’ll never take my life away,
I’ll live to see another day.
