Poem -

My Daddy And Me

When you left us so suddenly
My heart must have skipped a beat,
My mommy's heart was broken
And she fell down to her knee's.

Dear lord please can you help me
Our baby is still inside,
Let him be a daddy
And please don't let him die.

You must have needed an angel
Cause my daddy found his way,
To your arms in heaven
On that very fateful day.

I was born with ten little fingers
And ten sweet little toes,
Daddy I wish you could see how pretty I am
From my feet up to my nose.

So bless me with your laughter
Your kind and gentle touch,
I wish you were here to raise me
I would love that very much.

I will always speak kind words
About you every day,
I wish you were here beside me
On this very special day.

Happy father's day daddy
Be happy in heaven above,
I send you all my kisses
And my heart that's filled with love.

This was wrote for my best friends little girl Brooklyn Dustin.  Brooklyn lost her daddy to a four wheeling accident. Brooklyn is now 4 and looks just like her daddy.  I love you guys, you are my sunshine in every day.  In loving memory of Dustin Barton, we miss you!
