My Daughter (My Sidekick)

take a look at my sidekick in the profile pic,
thats my daughter, shes the real reason i live.
more precious than holy water, i love her to bits.
just looking at her fills my whole life full of bliss.
shes almost 3, still only a baby.
she looks the image of me, i still think its crazy.
lilly is her name, shes growing up ever so fast.
gets along well with all the kids in her nursery class.
Im sure she'll be a bright girl when she gets older,
She'll be a success in life an turn round an say "told ya".
but i already know, i can see the spark in her eyes.
Shes already aiming for the bright stars up in the skies.
my daughter my sidekick, like building an house we'll grow brick by brick.
your my princess chick, daddy will always be here in physical life and spirit.
ill love you forever, i always have done right from the start.
We'll always be together, even death wont tear us apart.
dedicated to my daughter lilly (my sidekick) love ya baby girl! β€

Dear James,
I have a Daughter, just like you
On her last Birthday, she turned fifty-two
A half century plus of beautified bliss
You too now, can look forward to this

This is a heartwarming, lovely ode to you darling daughter, Lilly, James.
You're right, she is the mirror image of you.
I have five children--four sons and just one daughter--who just turned 21 this past December.
It seems like only yesterday she was three.
They grow up so quickly, and time flies by so very fast.
Still, she'll always be "my little girl."
Well done, sir!
