My Dearest Friend

A minute will go by fast and a day will go by slow, as we enjoy life may it ebb and flow,

May you keep the curiosity inside alive and well, I wish for you a peaceful place with a home cooked smell,

My dream is happiness and joy for everyone, I hope today you are grateful as you are special to someone,

I hope there is a moment where you find more peace than unrest,

where you feel a deep self love and you say I know I have done my best, 

You deserve to feel appreciated and cherished for the gift that you are,

I may not be close but believe that my heart is never far,

Please take my words like a warm embrace, like a hug or a platonic touch to your face,
