My Fault, Our Loss

Her love for me is irrelevant,
my love for her is relevant
Her love is gone,
my love is present
Her love is missed,
my love is prohibited
Her love is precious,
my love is damaged
If only I knew then
what it is I know now
"Her" and "my" would have
never existed at all
Together we would have
made it "OUR LOVE"
Together we would still
be in each other's arms
There's no I, me, you, your, my or
him and her in true love
It should've, could've and would've always been "Ours"
If I knew then what it is
I know now but it's to late
A lesson I learned to late,
she couldn't wait any longer

The puzzle of love and loss.
How can a thing so powerfully...BE...
then be no more? ...x
I have to agree with Marion.
How can true love die? Love is love except time and again we learn it is not always the case.
The one thing I have learned is that love never plays by any rules. Difficult to say the least. Hope you find love again x
