My Ghoul

My Ghoul

Grave digger’s daughter, a lovely ghoul,
Newly dug from the cemetery pool
Teenage zombie, beauty queen,
Selling her daddy for pickled spleen

Hopelessly devoted to her rank beau,
Prime for love-bites all in a row.
Never lose your heart to a ghoul
She’ll eat it fetidΒ a golden rule

Graveyard dining is all the rage,
Cadavers taste best via little age.
Cleaning her teeth with femur bone,
Vigilant for a passΓ© tombstone.

Marinated with formaldehyde
Preserving drippings ripe inside
Grave digger’s daughter freshly dug
Just a warning, don’t offer a hug.

Munching on ladyfingers, beggar-toes
Shopping the plots all in rows
On a marker post a plaque,
"I’m not meant for a midnight snack!"

there are so many great lines, phrases, and images in this piece that over all it's quite overwhelming in a humorously poetic fashion......Kick ass write dear poet sister!!......ALL STARS!!......hugs n high fives girlfriend!!.......LOVE & ROCKETS!!.....T xo ?✴????✴❀
Ps. I HAD to PIN this......gotta show it to a couple of friends!! ?Β ?
