My Guardian Angel

I have a very special Angel, who watches over me;
Her love is my panacea, for all pain that there could be!
One smile, and I feel her radiance, one kiss, my happy heart sings;
My Soulmate brings pure joy to me, she is my everything!

One week ago, I had some surgery, to mend a hurting heart;
She stayed by my side and held me, her tenderness impart!
Without her, I would have floundered, in an ocean of despair;
But her love was my guiding beacon, to the shores of life we share!

It’s been a restful week now, since my operation took place;
Each time I wake from napping, I see her smiling face!
I thank the Heavens for sending me, this Angel from above;
My Soulmate and protector, who fills me with her love!
