My little friend

My little friend

Da Vinci is my little  friend
together our days we always spend
I knew from the moment I first held my fluff
That saying good bye was going to  be tough
I fell in love with his curly black hair
I knew straight away he was mine to be fair
His big blue rimmed eyes and his short frizzy tufts
And not forgetting his little white cuffs
He has the most gentle and loving of ways
I wish that he could be with me all of my days
But I've been blessed with his presence through a lot of  bad things
The laughter and joy that his little soul brings
Not just to me but to all who've been given the chance
To spend time with my angel and join in the stance
Of loving our babies with all of our heart
There's something about ratties that sets them apart

Hi Amanda, my lovely rattie was an albino with pure ruby red eyes. I called him Elric. Loving, intelligent creatures and no matter what my cat thinks no evil in them. Lucky they didn't have to coexist. Great write
