My Lost Love

~~We once were
But we are no more
My broken Heart
In my chest so sore

Where there was love
Is now only despair
I wanted you close
But you were never there

You wanted to go
So we said goodbye
You walked away smiling
I just wanted to cry

But our lost love
Was not a waste
For I shall never again fall
In love with such haste
.
