My Lovely Venus

My Lovely Venus

Parting is sorrow without a hint of sweetness.

You’re badly needed and my biggest weakness.

My lovely Venus.

Goddess of Love and Beauty.

Lovelier than the starlets in movies.

The way you’d screw me was hotter than jacuzzi’s.

I have to do me

And heal on his loose leaf.

I suppose I was too cheap

And without the necessary means.

Transport my hopes for us to where they bury dreams.

Your flower tastes like sweet cherries and cream.

Foolish of me to think that you’d be married to me.

Budgets so tight they can barely breathe

Aren’t meant for art pieces.

If it doesn’t kill then we’re stronger, but where do scars leave us?

What am I to do with my heart’s pieces?
