But I Dream

But I Dream

By no means
Do I mean
To seem like I'm filling
Your head with dreams
But I dream
Of waterfalls, valleys
Of roses, thorns
Of fate and destiny
Moving in swarms
By the actions of those
Who want to be free
I dream of a world
Where everyone is unique
A character in a storybook
Written with love
For the one it portrays
Whose story is told
In the fondest of ways
I dream of a world
I dream of a day
Where everyone blooms
