MY SHOPPING DAY

Its shopping day ,how I hate the traipsing round ,
Bumping into people, and their trollies going around ,
Down the aisles looking for our food and drinks
Its a horrid chore that I have to make .

Now can I remember what I will need ,
Silly me left my list behind,
Bread ,milk,sugar ,fruit and cereals 
Are my families basic essentials,

Oh I say for the umpteenth time ,
Even though it was her fault not mine ,
Some people have no politeness, 
It doesn't take long to be forthrightness.

I've had enough I hear my self say ,
Let's go to the checkout so I can pay ,
Now back to the car, and home to peace,
That's it for me , gladly, for another week .
