Poem -

My Sickness

Woman
You have done me in.
There is no going back.
No safe place I can hide in.
I have a sickness.
A desperation I loathe.
I sit and wait for you .
I can only breathe,
when I see you.
I do not exist until I touch you.
There is a delerium you bring.
A brand of insanity I crave
Why did I meet you?
What sadistic force made you?
Woman or demon I can only guess.
Baby. You sure ain't heaven's best.
So now here I am caught in my addiction again.

You are my sickness and
My remedy.
God help me.
