My Stolen Heart at Sea
They say it is bad luck to have a woman on board a pirate ship
Well no need to worry, my heart was stolen, thrown overboard and buried at sea
Lost love, adrift, waves crashing, I wept as my tears fled and filled the sea, my lust for the captain did he flee
No more does the dusking sun kiss the sea, but the clouds roll in so heavily
The sun still follows, the wind of peace it brings, my soul is still searching
My heart buried in a treasure chest, swept through the bluest sea
A love story so brave, not a cannon could fight off my one enemy
The enemy of Black Beard's Castle, the Carribean Island of St. Thomas
Where another captain was scoping out our ship he would soon keep, he made his promise
Now the sea cries for the lost love and a forgotten ship, no sail to raise no more caressing in the sand
For the graveyards below the sea are reaching out to thee, a compass will spin and find the man
A wreckless, weak, saddened mourn, now lost in the moonlight, swept to the sea, my heart taken by the evils of my dream
A sea floor unknown, my soul shall live on through my "Stolen Heart at Sea

this poem is having some specialty , it's flow (of words) is very similar to the waves of the sea, good composition. all the best

Thank lyou Sayed, you know, the poems I like the best that I write, I seem to have fewer views, and less comments, not sure if I get it, but that' okay, I am still writing!
