my sweetheart

The first  time  I  saw  her  love    was in the air 

I had my own insecurities  but I did not care 

She was gracious  and sweet , good  enough  to  eat 

Her smile  captured  my soul  

I feel  alive like never before  

Her hair  is curly  and beautiful  in the light 

When I first saw her hair I said dynamite 

She is talented in many ways this I know 

Living  without her would be a cruel  blow 

She has my heart and she knows it very  well
