Poem -

My thoughts on heaven.

It was never about us
Our two souls
one master plan,

'Twas about love
It still is above all
About love,

I shall never kiss death
Upon the living lips
Of thee,

Touch thy face
in search of tears,

Never shall I dwell, nor bed
With thee, whispering
Within your ears
Words more than now
Out loud,

I once thought heaven
To be a cloud,

I watched as you painted
The stars and moonlight,

I am lost in the imagery
This night
by candle light
I burn eternal an yet
no flame,

'Twas about love,

No master plan, two souls
divided in living death
I savor your memory
in every breath.
