Poem -

My Time in Life

I have felt the cold of darkness.

I have seen the light.

Through deaths doors.

 I have traveled trice.

 Not ready for Heaven.

 And banished from hell.

 My reason for being.

To suffer and dwell.

In a world so full.

Of suffering and pain.

Many rise and fall.

And yet I remain.

What is to be.

Mysterious and unknown.

So battered and broken.

Each day takes a toll.

When my time comes.

I'll be a free soul.
