Nature Land

Dedicated to Marion Price + Jill Tait - A place of wonder you can write forever....

Nature Land

The sky blue
The water crystal clear
Heat dispersing
As feet sink into the soft silk sand
The mood is still
Peaceful
Calm
All that is rustling
Are the golden leaves
Sitting on trees
And birds singing a chorus
Of a famous song
Humming its tune
Cannot imagine a better place
To inspire wonder....
In the land of pure nature

Wow Prathiba, I LOVE this work and I'm sooooo honoured love. You have created me a little piece of heaven to write in and I feel it...the peacefulness and beauty of this place through your words, I really do...thankyou so much love ?(  just hope Jill doesn't bring crisps or popcorn to eat if we are there together or it will spoil the peace and don't tell Matthew where it is...he will bring chickens and they will squawk ?????)...hugs ?

You're welcome! Sso pleased you like your virtual dreamy paradise!! I thought a little something away from reality is always great. You and Jill are consistently churning out writes and posts and it's my way of appreciation for it and becoming online friends. Big hugs. Px ?

What a beautiful poem. So touching.  Each word is carefully placed. A lovely poetic peace that  lends itself to a imagery placed carefully. That the reader never forgets. I love this new style!

I am always looking for paradise and will never miss a chance. My mother (who was an artist and poet back in her day) was already always dreaming about a little, white, empty shed to write poetry in?

Spot on, hopefully she found it on the other side, because in this world she never had her shedm, but did publish three volumes of poetry and one book on het matriarchal line (Mothers of Mothers - dating back from her day of birth in 1932 till somewhere around 1495 - in all some thirteen foremothers) and she had many exhibitions as an artist, so she lived the life?

I really enjoyed this piece. It reminds me of the place you have to be mentally in order to write.
