Nerve

Nerve

I watch when ever near
Sight will give you fear
Might will tear you in
Night will give you tears
Light shall only sin
Fight and fall so thin
Sprint to save your kin
You’ll try, but never win
I’ll wait and wait
Till you get your head straight
Then foil you again
And again... and again... and again and again and again ….And …. Aga-
Sorry for being boring
Time to stop all this touring
And make your mind start soaring
With something so slick
You’ll feel pain from just a tick
You might see the next star
Then feel air on mars
To continue isn't wise
It may lead to demise
And you might find a surprise
Probably bad I won't lie
I'll know when you're here
Cause I watch when ever near
So can you really still cheer
Or have you lost your Nerve

Such a great poem and very lucid flow! My favorite lines below:

"I watch when ever near
Sight will give you fear
Might will tear you in
Night will give you tears
Light shall only sin
Fight and fall so thin"

This poem was literally organized chaos. I loved certain parts and the tone you set was dark, creepy but very cool. The ending hit home. Focus on consistency though.

"Or have you lost your Nerve"
