Unfortunately the system has no help for people like me, who are harmed by ex partners who use government departments to hurt on their behalf.

Systems that are put in place to help can be so easily used and abused by nasty individuals. It's a shame. I am sorry that your ex is doing this to you. But, looking on the bright side, it gives you great material to write on x
