No more chess piece

No more chess piece

So she sez while sparking another cigarette Your empty.. But full of regret.. How can life have come to this The memory of our first kiss The words so clear within my mind To stay within your shelter for all of time I guess time fades away Years and nothing No words to say Guess you are empty after all One day my dear you'll miss it all Once hollow ground starts to quake From your death bed you shall wake Looking around at all you see Memories left nothing more to be Once out the door As distance proves No more chess piece shall you move .
