Poem -
No More Pretty Words
Where'd all the pretty words go
Phrases in the millions
Now all we use are acronyms
They're must be about kajillion
Sure time is fast approaching
We won't have need for words
Only speak in capital letters
No sentences will be heard
Acting like those early cavemen
Only gestures some quite crude
Hubby wants some lovin'
Letters will describe his mood
Is this where we're all heading
No need for loving gestures
Drooling and uttering acronyms
And grinning like a cheshire
The epitome of intelligent beings
Is their ability to utter words
Grunts and a few capital letters
Is all that's going to be heard!

Jack my darling you are certainly on to something here aren`t you honey?! I`m very old fashioned and I just like to use plain old simple words that explain what I`m trying to say in my work. That`s why I love your work so much, it`s because you always say what you mean and the reader can easily understand the gist of your point in the poem. This is well written and well thought through because you are the best, just wonderful my darling.
