No more teardrops on my guitar

No more teardrops on my guitar
I regret the man who put them there
One time, two times, three times, four
I delved deep into sadness
No way, no more
Even the boldest couldn't handle
I regret the tears I cried
I shall give myself more credit
Deeply and truly
I'll write songs of lust and love and pity
Of lilacs and velvet black Rose's
of gardens if gardenias
Lovely and pure
No more teardrops on my guitar
I wont stop to that
No more hate and crude opinions
no workings of evil
No more teardrops on my guitar
Childhood wounds that scarred me
sleepless nights of what ifs and whys
primping myself to fit the mold
Red lips, nails, false lashes so I could compare
Stories of princes saving me from doom
False hope
No more.....
No more!!!
