** No Need To Fear Death **

No Need to Fear Death... It’s easy to understand why people fear death, walking into the unknown, on your last gasp of breath.
Not knowing what to expect when you pass through that gate,
the bright light that awaits us, that will make you feel great.
What I really want to say to them that are afraid, there’s no need to fear death,
for a life you’ve not paid. It’s completely common sense, that death must follow life, and no one can change it, or part it with a knife.
A person cannot have one, without having the other.
So whats the point in worrying,
Over a life, you’ve yet to discover ?
Walking hand-in-hand, Life and Death walk together,
taking it in turns, a person’s life they share forever.
In life it brings its challenge, in which we must all learn its lesson.
until fate interferes, to allow death its intermission.
Like it or leave it, death don’t come as a rest, but accept it as a challenge, and see it as a test.
When death decides to visit each of us in person,
meet it with a smile, rather than aversion.
When death comes a-calling, it brings its own admission,
a once in a life-time experience, then you’ll realise what you’ve been missing.
You will know when death comes calling, and is knocking on your door.
Death will bring its gifts, which you really can’t ignore.
A Peace and Calm will smother you, as your soul will gently rise,
an experience you can only imagine, which only death can devise.
A path will open before you, and you will float towards the light,
and just before you enter, you will turn and say,
“GoodNight”
