Should I stay
And let my heart continue to be broken
Or should I go
and preserve what little sanity I still have
But if I go will it matter to you
Will you notice I am gone 
Or will you go about your life oblivious to my pro-longed absence
If I stay would you notice me there
Will you show me the love you once had 
Or will you let your fear get in the way
You and I both know the truth of that night
You deny that you care for me
Yet you made a promise to come home to me
Not that house but me
So why make such a promise if you do not intend to keep it
