Self sabatage , or a form of taking advantage of  kind you .  No to not being human , make mistakes that change your life for the better . Say all you have to , to make your point clear if it's reasonable request be chosy with your words . No to bad behavior , stuff that makes hot water , frying pan to fire shit.  Not alright to be a door mat . Not alright to not try the impossible be a  righttus but humble being . Question what kind of person you feel comfortable  with , without , next to , as a lover , a true friend . Saying nope to basic needs is only okay when serious strife hits . Say yes more than no . Say yes to make appear a bright , satisfied future . No is negative and positive if used wisely . Yes is positive and negative if used unwisely .
