calm the scent of love
as calm the scent of love
lingers upon me
carefree she was as charming and
cheerful shows
her colorful smile upon me
as love comes in its compassion
such a flicker
fancy in her dance of her love
as i fumble
like broken flower petals
in her hands
i was unfunctional in her presence
for her fearless ways made me vulnerable
