NOT GUILTY - By Death!

He yelled at the Judge
With a look in his eye;
"The hell with you all
This damn sentence to die, 
I didn't kill this woman
You've got it all wrong
The jury didn't listen
It's not where I belong!"
They put him in shackles
And then led him away
He was cursing and swearing
"You'll pay for this day!"
He stayed in his cell
for the next seven years,
he was then executed
His family in tears,
About a year later
A woman was shot
The villain that killed her
Had all his time bought,
The forensics was clearly
a way they could tell
how the jury had sentenced 
the wrong man to hell,
The end of this story
is sad but it's true
If they had all the facts
The right thing they would do.
