Now I sit Me Down To Eat

Now I sit me down to eat,
Juicy cadaver sweetmeat
Bowing bristly head to feast.
Victims lull savage beast,

Rip tasty flesh apart,
Apathy plagues callous heart.
Vacant eyes accusing stare,
But, I too ravenous to care.

Patient, methodical wait
How I pray and contemplate.
For fodder to wander near,
Trepidation stalks them here.

Amber eyes fiercely glow,
Under bloated moon hung low
Glistened fetid, acid bile.
Drooling from lurid smile.

Picking sinew from keen fangs,
Only incites hunger pangs.
Sole mercy I shall show,
A quickened expiry I'll bestow.

Deathblow of talon’s might,
Nary chance for you to fight.
I but foregone conclusion,
Beastly nature Seeks no absolution.
