Numb

5th of October 2022,
the day God took you ,
I didn’t know what to do.
I stood there staring,
out into space,
I felt so numb ,
get me out of this place.
21st of October 2022,
the day of your funeral,
and everyone knew,
no flowers you said ,
donate to charity  ,
We sit  in limbo,
trying to find clarity.
we tell our stories,
and remember your love,
we know your with God,
and you’re now above.
28th of October 2022
I am writing this poem,
thinking of you,
I still can’t believe it,
can’t register your dead,
my mind is in torment,
going crazy in my head.
Not only my sister,
but my best friend,
I was there in the beginning,
I was there till the end .
I will see you again,
this much I know,
but the waiting will be hard,
I’ll have pain and sorrow.
but your love stays in my heart,
and will till the bitter end,
goodbye my beautiful sister, 
goodbye my best friend .
